Ha Tinh Radio and Television Station is a non-business unit with partial self-financing under the Provincial People's Committee, performing the function of a press agency of the Party Committee and government of Ha Tinh province. The station is under the state management of press, transmission and broadcasting of the Ministry of Information and Communications; Ha Tinh Department of Information and Communications performs state management in the area as assigned by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province. Ha Tinh Radio and Television Station has legal status, its own seal and account.
