Established since 1992, Ninh Binh radio and television station (NTV) has developed dramatically in human as well as infrastructure. Nowadays, with more than 100 employees, NBTV produces and broadcasts programs with variety contents for all targeted viewers.

NBTV is owned platforms operated by NBTV like cable TV, digital terrestrial (DVB-T2), and satellite service (Vinasat 1). With the criterion of mutual development, NBTV willings to cooperate with the broadcasters, companies and organizations in media industry.
